Returns for European Union Countries
This return policy applies to all orders delivered within the European Union member states, including:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
If your order was delivered to any of the above countries, the following policy and return instructions apply.
Easy Return Process
We aim to make your return experience as smooth and simple as possible.
Process:

Submit your Return Request within 30 days of receiving your order. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label.

Then we will schedule a pickup with FedEx at your preferred time and location.
Important:
If the courier is unable to reach you for pickup, you will need to drop off the parcel yourself at your nearest FedEx service point.
Return Cost
The return shipping cost is €15, which is the responsibility of the buyer.
This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
*We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
Returns
Products that have been personalised, customised, monogrammed, or tailored to your specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition, unused with all tags attached, invoice and packaging (including cartons, dust bags, labels etc.) intact. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund.
Returns for Shoes
• Shoes must be tried on indoors on a soft surface. Returns showing signs of wear, outdoor use, marks or sole damage cannot be accepted.
• Items must be returned with tags attached to them, in its original packaging and protective material.
• We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product or its original packaging shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund.
Leather Bags – Packaging Guidelines for Returns
When returning a leather bag, please ensure that it is not folded or compressed during packaging. Leather is a natural material and can develop permanent wrinkles or creases if not handled properly.
To avoid damage:
• Place the bag in its original shape.
• Use the original dust bag and packaging and place it securely to protect its structure.
If a returned item arrives folded, creased, or damaged due to improper packaging, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a full refund.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed and the refund issued. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different style, color, or size, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
